Return and Exchange policy

  • Product may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase stated on the shipping note enclosed with the order.
  • Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the returnable period.
  • Only products purchased online at www.lynaround.com
    are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
    • Faulty or defective products, or items damaged during shipping.
    • Incorrect items shipped.
      • All items must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with original tags.
      • Delivery costs and any other expenses besides the product cost are not refundable.
      • If a product does not meet the conditions of this Return and Exchange policy, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
      • We recommended all returns to be sent via a method that allows tracking. Lyn around will not be responsible for the loss or delay of any returned items.
      • You will receive a refund of the full amount that you have paid on www.lynaround.com or a discount code to use on www.lynaround.com within 14 days from the date we received your request to return the product.

      2. Enclosed the receipt document in the package and then return with the product that you want to return to the address as here below
